  This place is terrible. My grandmother recently passed. I called and talked to a man (Steve maybe?) to verify when I would be able to see my grandma before she was taken to arpeylor cemetery. They told me it was a 20 min drive and her service started at 2, so they would leave around 1. Apparently they told my whole family something different. When I showed up at this place they showed absolutely no empathy. The lady said "I told y'all 12pm" . Not once did her and the man standing there apologize. I was shocked by how little they cared. No empathy. Nothing. I would never put another loved one of mine in their care.

  Steve Harkins of Bishop Funeral Service was the director of my mother in laws funeral service in January of 2016. The kindness and professionalism shown to our family during this very difficult time was second to none. He and his staff went above and beyond, and exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you Mr. Harkins.
