  Have always been respectful to me and my family ...
  They buried my Dad Mom and Brother and my adopted son/ cousin who was 8 yrs old n his mind of 66 ..
  We couldn't have been treated any better Don and staff are incredible and they were so compassionate with our feelings ..

  The funeral director, Pat, was EXTREMELY disrespectful to my husband and I. I was 39 weeks pregnant with our daughter when she passed away, we were devastated. Pat was short with us, showed no compassion, and disrespected not only us, but our daughter as well. My husband is military and just returned from Afghanistan 2 months before we lost our baby girl. When the Army had her flown to Oklahoma, the funeral home forgot to put a hat on her that we had gotten. Easy mistake. But when we asked him if he could put it on her for us, he did not handle her gently.. During the time she was at Brumley Mills, he treated us as if we had no say in our daughters funeral. Saying we could not do this or that with anything. At the funeral, we wanted to sign the inside of her casket lid, just saying ''Momma and Daddy loves you'' and we allowed our friends and family to write her messages as well. There was absolutely no harm in that, but he argued until his boss and several other people told him to just back off. At the cemetery were she was laid to rest, he smashed an arrangement of flowers my husband and I had ordered for her onto the top of her casket, and when it came time for her to be lowered into the ground the grave was not big enough! And when they pulled her up to make it bigger, they dropped her!!! I was absolutely horrified!! As I sat next to her casket as the made the grave bigger, they threw dirt in our faces. This is how they treated my husband, a soldier whom had just returned from fighting in Afghanistan. A loss of a child is terrible enough in itself, so why should the funeral home treat the grieving parents like crap as well...
